While working remotely for the Soccer Federation of Chile, I led a CRM Project to do e-mail marketing for professional clubs using Microsoft Dynamics.
We did the implementation with Puntoticket, company in charge of ticketing system for the National Team. The clubs delivered the data base and by using the CRM we did data analysis to allow the clubs make better decisions about their fans, season tickets and their loyalty programs.
The CRM uses an e-mail system that connects with fans through marketing campaigns with personalized and automatized information.
We are using the same tool to manage the fans of the National Team to develop the season ticket strategy for Qatar 2022 Qualification process.
